Nancy Roberts practices in environmental law with over 25 years of experience in both the corporate sector and private practice. She advises clients concerning environmental risks and responsibilities associated with facility operations, and the acquisition, development and sale of real estate and other assets. She also represents clients with federal and state permitting requirements, compliance issues and contamination assessment and remediation.
