Ms. Roberts practices in environmental law with over 24 years of experience in both the corporate sector and private practice. She advises clients concerning environmental risks and responsibilities associated with facility operations, and the acquisition, development and sale of real estate and other assets. She also represents clients with federal and state permitting requirements, compliance issues and contamination assessment and remediation. Ms. Roberts directs and reviews environmental assessments and audits and provides advice on asbestos management and regulatory matters.
Ms. Roberts also works on land conservation in the region. She drafts and negotiates conservation easements for non-profit organizations and land-owners interested in protecting undeveloped property.
