Mark Pieper works with employers, trustees and fiduciaries in all aspects of employee benefits, providing advice and other consulting services on plan document design, operation and compliance issues as well as ongoing plan communication and administrative matters. He counsels fiduciaries in their duties and responsibilities relating to the selection and ongoing monitoring of prudent retirement plan investments and on potential conflicts of interest. He also provides advice relating to executive benefit plans, such as non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, rabbi trusts and other funding mechanisms, split-dollar insurance arrangements and stock option plans.
