Bob Lepp Addresses Associated Builders and Contractors

     Bob Lepp  will address the Omaha Council meeting of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. on August 24, 2005 on the topic of arbitration.  Because more and more businesses are avoiding costly litigation and adverse publicity by settling disputes through arbitration, the Council asked Bob to discuss guidelines, requirements and benefits of the arbitration method.  Bob brings his years of experience in both litigation and arbitration to this presentation.
