Steve Woolley received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska in 1976 and was admitted to the Nebraska and Iowa Bars in 1976. Mr. Woolley represents financial and business entities in a wide range of banking, collection, commercial and real estate matters. He also assists individuals in business matters, including entity formation.
Jan Woolley received her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska in 1976 and was admitted to the Nebraska and Iowa Bars in 1976. Ms. Woolley represents lenders, businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including loan documentation, financial institution regulatory matters, real estate and contracts.
Myron Kaplan received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska in 1982 and was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1982. Mr. Kaplan represents businesses, both publicly and closely held, in a broad range of matters, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and real estate.
