Michael Fenner, Chair Elect, Nebraska State Bar House of Delegates

Michael G. Fenner, Of Counsel attorney at McGill, Gotsdiner, Workman & Lepp, P.C., L.L.O., has been elected to be the Chair Elect of the House of Delegates of the Nebraska State Bar Association. The House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the legal profession in Nebraska.  Mr. Fenner will become the official Chair next year.  He is presently a Professor of Constitutional Law at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha.
