Mary L. Hewitt


Mary Hewitt handles matters involving management in all areas affecting employee relations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, Title VII, discipline and termination, EEOC charges, state and federal litigation, dispute resolution and appeals.  She provides assistance and counsel to individuals in all areas of estate planning, including wills, trusts, business succession planning, tax planning and probate process. She also handles health care regulatory compliance, licensure and certifications.
