Donald Erftmier, III is an associate at McGill. Originally from Omaha, Donald attended Creighton Prep before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Creighton University. He received his law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law. During law school, Donald volunteered for the school’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, where he represented small businesses and nonprofit organizations on various transactional and regulatory matters.
Donald was also a member of St. Louis University’s Urban Issues Symposium and presented on the topics of land use and Tax Increment Financing.
Donald is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the American, Nebraska, and Omaha Bar Associations.
