Erin Robak joined McGill in 2009 and is a shareholder of the firm. Erin’s primary practice area is commercial litigation. She has experience handling complex cases in real estate, employment, banking and finance, UCC, bankruptcy and creditor rights, and agriculture.

Erin has a work ethic that doesn’t stop. She is a tenacious and zealous advocate for clients. Her number one Gallup strength is Focus, which gives Erin the unique ability to hone in on the key issues of a dispute or the major flaw in an opposing counsel’s argument. Erin approaches cases in a practical fashion and never loses sight of the client’s best interests. Erin has a straightforward conversational style that puts clients at ease and conveys her message in a simple and understandable way.

Erin was born in Alliance, Nebraska, and attended high school at Alliance High School.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. 

As a University of Nebraska law student Erin received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Securities Regulation. During law school, Erin was president of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska in 2006. 

Erin serves on the board of directors for Youth Care & Beyond, a nonprofit organization for kids and adults with intellectual disabilities whose lives are also touched with mental illness. Erin is also a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is a 2012 graduate of the Nebraska State Bar Association Leadership Academy. Erin has earned the AV Preeminent designation in Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, the gold standard in attorney ratings.

Erin and her husband have two young children.  In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s jogging, golfing, or chasing her kids in the backyard.  In the fall, you can find Erin at Memorial Stadium cheering on her alma mater.
