Thomas D. Stalnaker, Retired. For over 30 years, Tom served as a Nebraska Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. Tom also has significant experience in business law, real estate, construction law and estate planning. Tom graduated from Stanford University in 1968 and immediately joined Stalnaker, Becker & Buresh, which at the time was Swarr, May, Royce, Smith, Andersen & Ross. At McGill, Tom spends the majority of his time handling estates and trusts. Clients appreciated Tom’s candor and guidance to help make informed decisions in regards to the best ways to carry on their legacy. He retired from McGill in 2024.
