Christina M. Fink focuses her practice in corporate law. She has extensive experience with contracts, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, tax-exempt entities, real estate, bonds, and estate planning. She also handles trust reviews, loans, and security matters. She is detailed oriented and cautious to make sure things are done correctly and completed well in advance of the deadline.

Christina is a graduate of Creighton University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, in 1996.  She then attended Creighton University School of Law where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Research and was a member of both the Creighton Law Review and the Moot Court Board from 1997-1998.  Christina received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1998.

She served from 1998-2000 as a law clerk to The Honorable William G. Cambridge of the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska.  Christina became an associate with McGill in 2000 and a shareholder in 2006. She is now Associate Program Director for the firm.

Christina is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the state of Nebraska and the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska and has earned the AV Preeminent designation in Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, the gold standard in attorney ratings. Christina is also a fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. 

As a prolific researcher, she will find a needle in the haystack to make or break a deal. She works closely with many of the firm’s clients and transactional attorneys. Christina enjoys traveling the world and has been to over 70 countries. She is family oriented and is an avid dog lover.
