It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our partner, colleague, and friend, Robert “Bob” Lepp, who was an integral part of McGill, Gotsdiner, Workman and Lepp for more than 47 years.

Bob’s contributions to the firm are immeasurable. Over nearly five decades, he helped shape not only our practice, but the culture and character of our firm. He was a steady presence, a trusted advisor to clients, and a mentor to generations of attorneys who benefited from his wisdom and unwavering professionalism.

A respected attorney and leader, Bob approached the practice of law with a deep commitment to doing what was right. His work reflected both excellence and humility, and he earned the trust and respect of all who had the privilege of working with him.

Within our walls, Bob was more than a partner. He was a teacher, a sounding board, and a friend. He took the time to guide young lawyers, offering insight not only into the law, but into how to build a meaningful and honorable career. His influence will continue to be felt in the lives and practices of those he mentored.

Outside the office, Bob was equally dedicated to his family and community. He understood that a life in the law is only one part of a life well lived, and he carried that perspective into everything he did.

We will remember Bob for his leadership, his generosity with his time and knowledge, and the genuine care he showed to those around him. His legacy is woven into the fabric of our firm and will remain a guiding presence for years to come.

Bob’s impact on McGill, Gotsdiner, Workman and Lepp endures in the strength of our firm, in the values we uphold, and in the people he helped shape. We are profoundly grateful for his life, his leadership, and the example he set.
