Can I bring my dog to work? Maybe, maybe not.
Lots of our clients are getting requests to bring an animal in the workplace (usually a service dog). As you may know, this is governed by the ADA. Specifically, when an employer receives a service or support animal request, it is required under the ADA to engage in a back-and-forth (interactive) process to determine whether the accommodation is doable, whether another option might work or whether the accommodation would be too much of a burden.
