New Guidance from the DOL
To keep you apprised of the most recent changes in employment law, we want to let you know that the DOL issued new guidance on December 29, 2020, related to two matters:
- Electronic posting of workplace notices (e.g., FMLA and FLSA notices); and
- Confirmation whether telemedicine counts as treatment for FMLA purposes.
